• A faulty item in size or wrong model or wrong colour could be exchange.
• A defective, damaged or nonfunctional item due to manufacturing defect or delivery mishandling
• Missing parts or incomplete package.
• Return or Exchange with no surcharge are allowed within 7 working days after receipt of the product.
• In case of more that one time of exchanges, the delivery fee will be charged to the buyer.
